Chandru Swaminathan is a seasoned economist and data scientist holding a Master of Science in Engineering, with a distinguished career spanning over 20 years in market analytics, macroeconomic research, and business intelligence.

Previously a Partner and Vice President at RDA Global Inc. for over a decade, Chandru founded VC Global Consulting Inc. and its analytics division, CVA Analytics, in 2014. Under his leadership, CVA has grown into a globally respected analytics firm with offices in Seattle, WA and India.

He has worked on macroeconomic projects across the world and has built a comprehensive Global Economic & Labor Database containing up-to-date statistics and projections for worker demand in each country globally.
